United Golf Resort La Tercia is located just 15 minutes away from the Mediterranean coast and the fabulous beaches surrounding the Mar Menor.
The City of Murcia, the regional capital, less than 25 kilometres away, provides residents and visitors with a convenient and comprehensive centre for shopping and other services.
United Golf Resort La Tercia will be developed to include a 9 hole golf course which will be complemented with a residential offer of 998 homes. The urbanization project is situated in a superb, strategically located enclave, where the residential development will be placed on a gentle slope overlooking the golf course, in such a way that nearly all the homes will have views of the course. The golf course is designed for the pleasure and enjoyment of playing golf freely and also the safety and security of the residential area.
The types of homes are chromatically and spatially varied, and in different designs, but all within an overall architectural unity. The following models stand out among the villas:
-
Challenge - St. George - Claret
THE RYDER COMPLEX – COLLECTIVE FEATURES
The apartments in Ryder complex respond generically to five types of blocks, individualized by their external design features. Visual harmony is achieved through the uniformity of materials used throughout the development, giving the RESORT all the peace and charm of traditional country estates.
Four types of architectural complexes have been planned:
· Green – Masters – Tee – Swing – Links – Mayors
Built with two, three, four and five floors, plus penthouse, these blocks offer a wide range of apartment sizes, with one, two, and three bedrooms.
The corresponding surface area of private open spaces is 61,984 square metres, and the average apartment size is 70 square metres.
The driving philosophy behind the creation of different types of complexes and their diverse forms and orientation on the terrain, is that all the apartments should be able to overlook the golf course.
To this end we make full use of the natural undulation of the terrain.
THE RYDER COMPLEX – PUEBLO MEDITERRANEO
In the centre of the RESORT, going uphill through a shopping area flanked by rows of palm trees and streams, we find a civic and commercial zone – the TOWN centre, or the very nucleus of the development. And right here, together with a series of homes which are included in the nucleus, there will be premises for cafés, medical centre, a variety of shops, and business and entertainment premises, in a word, all that is desirable and necessary in a centre of this nature.
